COLLECTION · WIDE BODY
WIDE FENDERS & WIDE ARCHES
in Carbon Fiber
Wide fenders and bolt-on arches sculpted in pre-preg autoclave carbon. Track-width gains where the chassis wants them, mass removed from the un-sprung corners.
THE CASE FOR CARBON · WIDE BODY
Four reasons
it belongs here.
A wide-body isn't a styling exercise — it's a chassis decision. More rubber, less mass, cleaner aero. Carbon is the only material that delivers all three at once.
+70 mm
Wider track
Engineered clearance for race-spec wheel and tyre packages. Mechanical grip translated into faster apex speeds — measurable, not theoretical.
−7.8 kg
Lighter shell
Pre-preg laminate replaces stamped metal at the corners. Mass removed from the un-sprung extremities — exactly where the suspension feels it most.
−18% lift
Aero stability
Wider arches let the airflow leave the wheel cleanly. Combined with a splitter, front-axle lift drops measurably above 180 km/h.
OEM CAD
Bolt-on fit
Reverse-engineered from factory data. Mounts to OEM studs and clip points with titanium hardware — no welding, no body shop.
MANIFESTO · WIDER, LIGHTER, STIFFER
A bolt-on flare is bodywork.
Ours is geometry.
We don't start from the silhouette. We start from the wheel — the offset, the tyre, the suspension travel — and build the arch outward in pre-preg carbon, layer by layer, until the chassis can finally use the rubber it deserves.
The result is the rarest thing in widebody work: a kit that changes how the car drives, not just how it looks parked.

OWNER QUESTIONS
Before you commit.
Is body work or cutting required?
Most kits are direct bolt-on to OEM mounting points. The wider arches require a small inner-liner trim on certain chassis (RS6, Supra) — full instructions ship with each kit, and our network of installers can handle it in a single day.
What wheel and tyre fitment do they unlock?
Yes. Pre-preg autoclave cure at 125°C and 6 bar pressure produces a laminate stable to 180°C continuous, with a heat-reflective backing on cover panels exposed to manifold radiation.
Are the gains real or marketing?
Every intake is validated on a Dynapack hub dyno against the same car, same day, same conditions. We publish the lowest of three pulls — never the best.
Twill or forged weave?
Covers and intakes ship in 2x2 twill as standard. Forged composite finish is available on request as a bespoke commission.
