The diagonal weave that defined
motorsport.
A pre-preg 2×2 twill laminate consolidated in autoclave at 125°C and 6 bar. Voidless, optically perfect, finished with three coats of UV-stable clear and hand-flatted to a wet gloss. The weave is precisely indexed across the panel — no broken pattern, no waving, no off-axis fibres at the edges.

Short chopped tow randomly oriented and compression-moulded under heat and pressure. The pattern is unrepeatable — every panel is a unique fingerprint of marbled flakes, denser than twill and structurally isotropic. Finished with a deep clear-coat that amplifies the metallic shimmer of each fragment.

The same pre-preg autoclave laminate, sealed under a smooth body-shop primer film. The carbon is there — every gram of weight saving, every bit of stiffness — but the surface is featureless and ready for body-color paint. We deliver it sanded, primed and shop-ready, so your painter only has to lay base coat and clear.
