The pre-preg carbon fiber wide body front fenders are manufactured in our atelier with the best technologies and quality material.  Quality and durability are essential features for all our products, without sacrificing style and lightness that characterize our carbon fiber fenders.

They completely replace the original ones and increase the width of the car’s body by +3,5 cm on each side. These fenders are easily to install, however professional installation is required.

RSI c6 carbon fiber car components are developed by scanning the original OEM curves and redesigning them with reverse engineering to create our unique collection. Meticulous care and attention to craftsmanship and product alignment checks ensure the production of exceptional carbon fiber car parts.

MATERIAL - Unpainted version: This version replaces the fiberglass version, ready to be painted in your favorite color. It is important to note that carbon fiber texture may not provide the same aesthetics as our gloss or matte finishes. Therefore, this version is ideal for those who intend to paint the hood with a customized colour. Note that when choosing the "Unpainted" option, the unique texture pattern of carbon fiber may not be suitable for a clear gloss or matte finish and will have imperfections that will need to be corrected with a paint primer. Instead, it provides an excellent canvas for custom paint jobs, allowing you to make your car uniquely yours.

Yes. Every RSI c6 component is made from 100% real carbon fiber or forged carbon, handcrafted and autoclave-cured in Italy. We never use fake carbon or overlay stickers — only genuine motorsport-grade materials.

2️⃣ What’s the difference between Carbon Fiber, Forged Carbon, and Unpaint Carbon?

  • Carbon Fiber: Classic weave pattern, available in gloss or matt finish.
  • Forged Carbon: Unique marble-like texture, bold and luxurious.
  • Unpaint Carbon: Raw carbon surface, ready for painting or custom finish.

Each option is autoclave-cured for maximum strength and minimum weight.

3️⃣ Are the parts plug & play? Do they fit the original mounts?

RSI c6 parts are handcrafted in 100% real carbon fiber, so fitment can vary depending on the product type:

  • Some parts are plug & play, designed to replace the OEM component directly.
  • Others are covers, made to be installed over the original part for an easy upgrade.
  • A few items may require minor modifications or adjustments due to the precision and handcrafted nature of carbon fiber.

Absolutely.

RSI c6 offers custom finishes on request — including forged carbon with gold, silver, or rose gold leaf, and personalized clear coats (gloss, matt, satin).

RSI c6 parts are made for aesthetic and performance enhancement, not structural use.

Each product comes with a material certification proving it is made from 100% real carbon fiber or forged carbon.

This document can be used by the customer to request TÜV or local approval according to their country’s regulations.

We do not provide TÜV homologation directly, as requirements vary depending on region and vehicle model.

Each product is handcrafted to order.

Average production time: 30–35 working days, depending on workload and finish type. Some products need additional timing.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process until shipment.

7️⃣ How do I take care of carbon fiber parts?

Use a microfiber cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner.

Avoid harsh chemicals and high-pressure washes near exposed carbon.

For long-term gloss and UV protection, apply a light ceramic coating or wax every few months.
