SHIPPING POLICY
1. Courier Services
We ship via TNT, DHL, or UPS depending on your location. In some cases, alternative couriers may be used at our discretion.
2. Dispatch Timeframes
For in-stock items, orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving full payment. During promotional campaigns, dispatch times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
For made-to-order items, dispatch takes up to 30 business days. This timeframe excludes national and international holidays, the last two weeks of August, and the period from December 23rd to January 6th. Orders placed during these periods may take up to 40–45 business days to dispatch.
For items with special requests — such as custom leaf finishes or personalised stickers — additional production time may apply.
Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 5–6 business days for tracking to become active, as orders are processed through our logistics partner to ensure greater shipment safety. Please note that we do not ship on Fridays, as weekend transit increases the risk of loss or damage.
6. Shipping Insurance
At checkout, you can choose between standard or insured delivery. Insured delivery covers total loss or damage. Without insurance, liability is limited to €1 per kilogram of gross weight.
7. VAT & Customs Duties
All prices displayed are VAT-inclusive for customers within the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated separately and added at checkout.
For customers outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout, and any applicable import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.
RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION
1. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition. The following are non-returnable: items listed as “Special Offer – Last One”, Outlet products, and any customised or personalised items.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@rsic6.com. Items must be undamaged, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. RSI C6 does not cover return shipping under any circumstances.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that are damaged, installed, or returned in a condition different from how they were received.
5. Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellations cannot be accepted more than 15 days after the order date, as production will have already begun.
In cases where cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, reimbursement may be issued in the form of a store credit voucher.
Cancellations requested after shipment may incur additional charges.
⚠️ Fee Notice
If you cancel your order after payment but before shipment, please note that PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable to the seller. As a result, the corresponding fee amount will be deducted from your refund.
