The rear strut bar is composed of pre-preg forged carbon fiber and it is designed and handcrafted in our atelier in Italy. The function of the carbon fiber strut bar at the rear is to improve stiffness and stability even further, while reinforcing the chassis and maintaining light weight. 

The strut brace is produced handling premium quality and it is composed of carbon fiber in the central part and CNC milled aluminum for the left and right sides. These materials used ensure both an aesthetic and functional result.

RSI c6 carbon fiber car components are developed by scanning the original OEM model and redesigning them with reverse engineering to define our distinctive collection. Meticulous care and attention to craftsmanship and product alignment checks ensure the production of exceptional carbon fiber car parts.

FITTING INFORMATION

The assembly of the rear strut bar doesn’t require the removal of the rear seats.

The front strut bar must be positioned in the trunk, without removing the rear seats. The carpet inside the compartment must be drilled to accommodate the strut brace.

2️⃣ What’s the difference between Carbon Fiber, Forged Carbon, and Unpaint Carbon?

  • Carbon Fiber: Classic weave pattern, available in gloss or matt finish.
  • Forged Carbon: Unique marble-like texture, bold and luxurious.
  • Unpaint Carbon: Raw carbon surface, ready for painting or custom finish.

Each option is autoclave-cured for maximum strength and minimum weight.

RSI c6 parts are handcrafted in 100% real carbon fiber, so fitment can vary depending on the product type:

  • Some parts are plug & play, designed to replace the OEM component directly.
  • Others are covers, made to be installed over the original part for an easy upgrade.
  • A few items may require minor modifications or adjustments due to the precision and handcrafted nature of carbon fiber.

Absolutely.

RSI c6 offers custom finishes on request — including forged carbon with gold, silver, or rose gold leaf, and personalized clear coats (gloss, matt, satin).

RSI c6 parts are made for aesthetic and performance enhancement, not structural use.

Each product comes with a material certification proving it is made from 100% real carbon fiber or forged carbon.

This document can be used by the customer to request TÜV or local approval according to their country’s regulations.

We do not provide TÜV homologation directly, as requirements vary depending on region and vehicle model.

Each product is handcrafted to order.

Average production time: 30–35 working days, depending on workload and finish type. Some products need additional timing.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process until shipment.

7️⃣ How do I take care of carbon fiber parts?

Use a microfiber cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner.

Avoid harsh chemicals and high-pressure washes near exposed carbon.

For long-term gloss and UV protection, apply a light ceramic coating or wax every few months.

8️⃣ Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — RSI c6 ships worldwide.

We use insured express couriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx) with tracking and customs assistance for each destination.
