The prepreg carbon fiber front front bonnet extractor set is made in Italy in our atelier with the best composite materials to improve the aerodynamics and enhance the high-speed stability.

The front bonnet extractor simply fits on the original hood, and they allow to keep a correct temperature inside the engine compartment, and they give a racing style to your car.

RSI c6 carbon fiber car components are developed by scanning the original OEM curves and redesigning them with reverse engineering to create our unique collection.

The prepreg carbon fiber guarantees a long product life due to the autoclave cured prepreg resins which require long cure times and therefore allow for a longer life of the material. Moreover, the pressure / vacuum process of autoclave curing ensures an almost perfect surface finish.

The carbon fiber front bonnet extractor set is available in two finishes:

MATERIAL

Unpainted version: This version replaces the fiberglass version, ready to be painted in your favorite color. It is important to note that carbon fiber texture may not provide the same aesthetics as our gloss or matte finishes. Therefore, this version is ideal for those who intend to paint the hood with a customized colour. Note that when choosing the "Unpainted" option, the unique texture pattern of carbon fiber may not be suitable for a clear gloss or matte finish. Instead, it provides an excellent canvas for custom paint jobs, allowing you to make your car uniquely yours.

FITTING INFORMATION

For install the front bonnet extractor you must cut the hood and glued the extractor.

For a best fitment we recommend to install the front bonnet extractor by a professional workshop. Please check the list of our fitting partners.

Yes. Every RSI c6 component is made from 100% real carbon fiber or forged carbon, handcrafted and autoclave-cured in Italy. We never use fake carbon or overlay stickers — only genuine motorsport-grade materials.

2️⃣ What’s the difference between Carbon Fiber, Forged Carbon, and Unpaint Carbon?

  • Carbon Fiber: Classic weave pattern, available in gloss or matt finish.
  • Forged Carbon: Unique marble-like texture, bold and luxurious.
  • Unpaint Carbon: Raw carbon surface, ready for painting or custom finish.

Each option is autoclave-cured for maximum strength and minimum weight.

3️⃣ Are the parts plug & play? Do they fit the original mounts?

RSI c6 parts are handcrafted in 100% real carbon fiber, so fitment can vary depending on the product type:

  • Some parts are plug & play, designed to replace the OEM component directly.
  • Others are covers, made to be installed over the original part for an easy upgrade.
  • A few items may require minor modifications or adjustments due to the precision and handcrafted nature of carbon fiber.

4️⃣ Can I request a custom finish or color?

Absolutely.

RSI c6 offers custom finishes on request — including forged carbon with gold, silver, or rose gold leaf, and personalized clear coats (gloss, matt, satin).

Just contact us before ordering to discuss your project.

5️⃣ Are these products street legal?

RSI c6 parts are made for aesthetic and performance enhancement, not structural use.

Each product comes with a material certification proving it is made from 100% real carbon fiber or forged carbon.

This document can be used by the customer to request TÜV or local approval according to their country’s regulations.

We do not provide TÜV homologation directly, as requirements vary depending on region and vehicle model.

6️⃣ How long is the production time?

Each product is handcrafted to order.

Average production time: 30–35 working days, depending on workload and finish type. Some products need additional timing.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process until shipment.

7️⃣ How do I take care of carbon fiber parts?

Use a microfiber cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner.

Avoid harsh chemicals and high-pressure washes near exposed carbon.

For long-term gloss and UV protection, apply a light ceramic coating or wax every few months.

We use insured express couriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx) with tracking and customs assistance for each destination.
