Our carbon fiber cover not only enhances the aesthetics of your car, but also reduces its weight.
Created using reverse engineering and meticulous attention to detail, each RSI c6 carbon fiber component is a perfect blend of design and function. Choose from two finish options, Gloss or Matt, to complete your MINI's look.

Our carbon fiber engine cover replaces the original one. For a best installation we recommend to fit the engine cover for MINI by a professional workshop. Please check the list of our fitting partners.

Your order will be shipped within 3 to 30–35 working days (approximately 45/50 calendar days), depending on stock availability and handcrafted production timing.
Forged Carbon products may require additional production time due to their exclusive finish and manufacturing process.
For MINI GP3 spoilers, carbon hoods, and steering wheels, production time may extend up to 50–60 working days.
OUTLET products are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 3–4 working days from order confirmation.

1️⃣ Are RSI c6 parts made in real carbon fiber?
Yes. Every RSI c6 component is made from 100% real carbon fiber or forged carbon, handcrafted and autoclave-cured in Italy. We never use fake carbon or overlay stickers — only genuine motorsport-grade materials.
2️⃣ What’s the difference between Carbon Fiber, Forged Carbon, and Unpaint Carbon?
- Carbon Fiber: Classic weave pattern, available in gloss or matt finish.
- Forged Carbon: Unique marble-like texture, bold and luxurious.
- Unpaint Carbon: Raw carbon surface, ready for painting or custom finish.
Each option is autoclave-cured for maximum strength and minimum weight.
3️⃣ Are the parts plug & play? Do they fit the original mounts?
RSI c6 parts are handcrafted in 100% real carbon fiber, so fitment can vary depending on the product type:
- Some parts are plug & play, designed to replace the OEM component directly.
- Others are covers, made to be installed over the original part for an easy upgrade.
- A few items may require minor modifications or adjustments due to the precision and handcrafted nature of carbon fiber.

4️⃣ Can I request a custom finish or color?
Absolutely.
RSI c6 offers custom finishes on request — including forged carbon with gold, silver, or rose gold leaf, and personalized clear coats (gloss, matt, satin).
Just contact us before ordering to discuss your project.
5️⃣ Are these products street legal?
RSI c6 parts are made for aesthetic and performance enhancement, not structural use.
Each product comes with a material certification proving it is made from 100% real carbon fiber or forged carbon.
This document can be used by the customer to request TÜV or local approval according to their country’s regulations.
We do not provide TÜV homologation directly, as requirements vary depending on region and vehicle model.
6️⃣ How long is the production time?
Each product is handcrafted to order.
Average production time: 30–35 working days, depending on workload and finish type. Some products need additional timing.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process until shipment.
7️⃣ How do I take care of carbon fiber parts?
Use a microfiber cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner.
Avoid harsh chemicals and high-pressure washes near exposed carbon.
For long-term gloss and UV protection, apply a light ceramic coating or wax every few months.
8️⃣ Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — RSI c6 ships worldwide.
We use insured express couriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx) with tracking and customs assistance for each destination.
9️⃣ Is VAT included in the price?
All prices are shown excluding VAT.
- EU customers (including Italy): VAT will be automatically calculated and added at checkout based on your country of residence.
- Non-EU customers: VAT is not charged at checkout. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are payable upon delivery directly to the courier, according to local regulations.
RSI c6 has no control over import duties applied by customs authorities.
🔟 Can I return a custom-made part?
Custom-made orders (including specific finishes or personalized details) are non-refundable, as each component is handcrafted specifically for your order.
Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
