A steel fender is a panel.

Ours is geometry.

The factory fender is shaped by the press tool, not by the chassis. We start from the wheel — the offset, the tyre, the arch clearance you actually want — and build the panel out from there in pre-preg carbon.

The result is the rarest thing in widebody work: a fender that changes how the car drives, not just how it looks parked.

OWNER QUESTIONS

Before you commit.

Do widebody fenders require body work?

No. Each panel is reverse-engineered from OEM CAD and mounts on factory studs and clip points. Wider wheel offsets and tyre sizing are documented per chassis in the fitment sheet shipped with the kit.

Are the vents functional or cosmetic?

Functional. Louver geometry is CFD-profiled to extract high-pressure air from the wheel arch — measured −12°C average brake-disc temperature on track and a small but consistent reduction in front-axle lift.

Will carbon survive a stone strike?

Pre-preg autoclave laminate is more impact-resistant than stamped aluminium of equal weight. Edges are reinforced with a Kevlar interlayer in high-impact zones, and panels are covered by a 5-year structural warranty.

Can I paint them body colour?

Yes. All fenders ship in clear-coated 2x2 twill as standard, but raw-finish and paint-ready primer versions (Unpaint Version) are available on request — same lead time, no upcharge.
