A plastic diffuser is a bucket.
Ours is a pump.
The factory rear bumper was designed to hide the muffler and pass a pedestrian test. It was never shaped to accelerate underbody airflow. We start from the same mounting points — the tow hook, the bumper clips, the chassis rails — and we carve a venturi profile in carbon that sucks the car to the asphalt.
The result is the rarest thing in a rear-aero catalogue: a diffuser that generates measurable suction at speed, survives the radiant heat of the exhaust, weighs less than the plastic piece it replaces, and reads as carbon the moment the car drives away.

Diffuser, extractor, or cover — which one do I need?
A diffuser replaces the entire rear lower bumper section with an aerodynamic profile that accelerates airflow from under the car — it generates real downforce. An extractor is a more aggressive motorsport-style piece with larger vents and fins, often designed for track use. A cover is a cosmetic overlay that upgrades the look of the factory diffuser without changing the aero profile. Choose the diffuser for performance, the cover for aesthetics.
Will it fit my exhaust configuration?
Every diffuser in this catalogue is developed for the specific exhaust layout of the chassis it's listed for — single, twin, or quad exit. The cutouts, heat shielding, and clearances are validated on both stock and common aftermarket exhausts. If you run a custom setup, mention it in the order notes and we'll confirm fitment before shipping.
How close to the exhaust can carbon fiber really live?
Our rear diffusers use a high-Tg epoxy resin system rated for 180°C continuous exposure — well above the radiant heat a diffuser typically sees. Additional aluminum heat shields are integrated on parts within 10 cm of the tailpipe. We've had pieces on track cars for three seasons with zero delamination or yellowing.
Twill or forged carbon for the rear of the car?
Twill 2x2 is the proven choice for rear diffusers — its directional weave catches light beautifully from the low angles people see when standing behind the car. Forged carbon brings a jewel-like chaos that works exceptionally on modern hypercars and EVs like the Taycan. Both use the same structural pre-preg layup and carry the same 5-year warranty.
