What courier companies do you use for deliveries?
We useTNT, DHL or UPS depending on your location. We reserve the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative courier company.
When will I receive my order?
TNT (Italy only) can take 1-2 business days depending on delivery destination – DHL (UE only) can take 3-4 business days depending on delivery destination – UPS (extra UE) can take 4-5 business days depending on delivery destination.
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates given by shipping companies. The actual delivery times may vary depending on multiple factors and the mentioned deadlines might be extended.
Please ensure that you supply an e-mail address on ordering. After receiving your order confirmation via e-mail you will be able to verify from the email the estimated delivery time once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse and you will be able to track your order.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide. You can select the delivery country and enter your address at checkout.
How much is the delivery?
In the shopping cart you can select the country and choose between standard delivery and standard delivery with insurance. We will calculate an estimate for the shipping charges. Final delivery costs will be communicated within the order confirmation email.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
If the items are in stock your order will be send within 2-3 business days, after we have received your full payment. Please be aware that estimated times may be vary whether items have not yet been manufactured. If the item is not in stock we will inform you before accepting the payment. RSI c6 will manufacture the item and this may take up to 30 business days.
Do I need a shipping insurance?
When placing the order you can select delivery with or without insurance. Whether you select the insurance, if your order is lost or damaged by the courier in transit there is no risk to you at all and you will be refunded with the total amount of the items purchased. Whether you select delivery with no insurance and your order is lost or damaged by the courier in transit you will be entitled to receive a refund equal to 1 euro per Kg/gross. To be elegible for a refund, please ensure that you sign for the parcel as unchecked. RSI c6 will not cover any return shipping costs under any circumstance.
What is your online returns policy?
If you are not fully happy with the items you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition. The return must be communicated in advance to RSI c6 via email and confirmed by us. No credit will be issued for damaged, installed or deformed items. Once checked the conditions of the returned items you will be entitled to receive a refund.
Do I have to pay the shipping for returns?
Shipping is non-refundable and RSI c6 will not cover any return shipping costs under any circumstance. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

What is the timing for the refund?
We aim to process the returns within 15 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete and the refund issued.
